Great experience using Now Test for travel to the UK. Test arrived as scheduled and was waiting at the hotel upon our arrival for our Day 2 test. The written instructions in the box and the instructional video were easy to follow. The result verification was very fast and the certificate was quickly sent and usable for re-entry in the EU. Would definitely use again and highly recommend it

Easy purchase process. Fast shipping. Steps very easy to follow for uploading photo and results. Confirmation arrived within minutes (this was on a weeknight early evening). I haven't used any other test providers to compare to. I would use NowTest again. Tip: Around the time the test kit arrives you'll receive an email reminding you to scan the QR code on the test to get started. If it's your first time doing this for a trip abroad (and it's a short trip so the kit has arrived before you departed), it's a bit confusing and it seems like you need to do this straight away, but it actually refers to doing the test on your return. Check the kit is inside the mailing bag then put it away until you return. When you return open the kit, log in to NowTest on your phone's browser and scan the code on the test cassette and follow the instructions.

We struggled to get two tests. We had to order separately on different email accounts, so it was very longwinding. When the tests were received the instructions were very misleading.

Among several test providers I've chosen Now Test because they've explained whole testing and buying process in a very straight forward and clear manner. Videos were very helpfull. Many thanks for putting my worries at ease!

I took a lateral flow test. I appreciate that now people may be taking a different test (PCR) and maybe they're not going to be offering this LF test anymore, but the comments on the company still stand. The website app seemed a bit laggy. You submit your 'photos' and nothing seems to happen for a while, but I don't know whether the lag was the app or my internet connection. Other than that, I was happy with the test. Competitively priced. The test was delivered very quickly, which if travel plans change can be a huge advantage in the current COVID rules situation. The negative (lateral flow) test result matched a test I did with an NHS test, because it's always a bit worrying that the test result will be wrong. Test result came fairly quickly, which could be important if you need the certificate quickly. Overall, out of the many providers, Now Test seem to be at least as good as any other.

Bril, able to book flight within 12 hours and get a 2 day kit.

Simple to use with a good video to watch and excellent step by step instructions. Definitely recommend.
