I had issues with a failed deliveryβ¦
I had issues with a failed delivery from LoveTheSales due to myself accidentally putting an incorrect address in. LoveTheSales were far from helpful & just kept passing off the responsibility to the retailer (Nova Clothing). After contacting Nova Clothing & explaining my issues to the Manager James my issue was resolved in a matter of days. James was nothing but polite, friendly & helpful. Thanks Nova Clothing.
