I had to make a return and the customer service team was excellent
I have made several purchases from Nova clothing over the past few months with absolutely no issues, unfortunately on my last order the polo shirt came up very small so I had to return it. I contacted nova and got instructions and returned the polo shirt as instructed, with in a few days I received my refund, exceptional customer care and support. Thank you very much Ken.
