Very efficient ,great system, good cars, affordable car rental and rideshare

Easy to book a car and Northside easy to deal with. Very fair rental rates, cars reliable and clean. Always book with them when i visit Perth.

Cheapest car rental by far! Service was excellent. After hours collection process was made straightforward with clear instructions. After service was also outstanding when I left an item behind in the car - it was in the post to me that afternoon.

From start to finish, the communication was perfect. Easy pick up Easy return, perfect. James was exceptional, he went out of his way to accommodate our needs, from out of hours pick up to changes to our bookings. Would highly recommend Northside rentals.

Good price for the car. just.....just.....those car a bit older than other car rental company. So it's good for someone just want to moving around but not for someone want to try a new model at the same time.

Have hired from their Greenwood branch about 5 times now, always a pleasure to deal with the girls on the desk. Cars at the cheapest rates aren't anything fancy, but they work, no problems with AC etc and no hidden costs or trying to claim chips or scratches etc. $300 for a weeks rental is a bargain personally and will continue to be a customer here as there is nothing I could complain about.

Great service

The only online rental company in Perth that gave an honest, correct quote and when I picked up the car, no extras, no hidden costs, no card fees and wonderful, polite service. Every other compny advertised same rate but hit 'book now' and OH! Suddenly the rate doubles. Not Northside. I tried six companies and went with Northside because they don't lie. Also they were in contact by email and text to make sure I was there to pick up and drop off. When I queried drop off time, no problem. Also ok when I arrived 10 mins late. Staff awesome, friendly and personable, willing to be flexible. Thank you guys.

Thank you team Northside. You have been fantastic in your process with no gimmicks unlike the chains such as Thrifty took 45 minutes to process car rental in Sydney! Wish you had branch in Sydney. Had to change my booking a few times and it was no issue, although deposit quoted was incorrect and was only advised on pick up. Other than that, had a pleasant experience. Car rental was so much cheaper than renting from the airport. Pick up and drop off was easy and staff friendly. I'd use them again.

The car was great, no problems at all. Pick up (after hours) and drop off was efficient and well organised. Highly recommend.

Staff should be more courteous.

My experience of the people at Northside Welshpool was that they were very helpful and efficient. The vehicle was very reasonably priced, and went very well over the considerable distance that I needed to drive. On my experience so far, Northside will be my first choice next time I need to rent a vehicle.

My family rented 3 dual cab utes from Northside Broome. Roughly half the cost of competitors at Broome airport. They were virtually brand new Isuzu D-Max utes all less than 1,400km on the clock. Phoned them from the plane on landing and were picked up within 10 minutes. Driven to their office about 5 minutes away to complete formalities. One of the vehicles hadn’t been filled with fuel so we let them know and they were happy for us to fill it to the same amount at the end of rental. The office staff were very friendly and efficient and provided wonderful service. We paid for insurance through Northside to avoid being liable in full in the event of a single vehicle accident. Will definitely use Northside Broome when we return to Broome.

Bad service , rude staff , useless. Time to pick the vehicle not even ready, have to waited an hour

I am writing because I needed to pay and got no REFUND at AUD 45 for a broken tyre valve when returning. I asked to get a refund because if it was about the valve it should be a mechanical problem but not how I drove the car. I rented a car from Northside because my ordered car hadn't arrived yet, so I was just driving on normal road to go grocery. If I drove the car on rough road or far away that would have been my problem however I didn't! CS replied me as that:"The damaged valve would have happened while on hire with yourself as all vehicles are mechanically checked before going out on hire." Well it may be true but as a customer I would think a punctured tyre be my responsibility but not for an untightened valve on a rather old car. For the car it was really old and full of scratches and that explained the rental cost from Northside beats its competitors. To be fair, the engine was on good condition and could have given a good strike while I needed to accelerate to overtake someone.
