The suit that I purchased was fantastic both the fit and quality of the material. The fit was true to size. Also the customer service is first class. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I just received a two-piece outfit from North Fashion Store. It is extremely poor quality, with stitching frayed and coming unraveled. The fit is way off, and bottom being closer to the ordered size (XS), but the top fits like an 8-10. Item not close to the quality of the item on their website. I will report this company to the AG on Texas, so at least they are on someone's radar. Wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering! I agree with another reviewer, this company seems more like a scam.

The product - women's shorts - that I received was of stunningly poor quality - something I would expect to find at a dollar store. The list price was $80. What a joke. The fabric is skimpy, and it bears no resemblance to the photo on their website. It also took three weeks for the shorts to arrive. Shame on me for not doing my homework on these charlatans before placing an order. Caveat emptor.

This company is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a tracksuit in February for a birthday in March. It didn’t turn up until May. When I realised it wasn’t going to turn up in time I tried to cancel the order. They said they couldn’t do that because it had already been dispatched and I’d have to wait for it to arrive and then send it back. When it finally did arrive, getting the return address from them was like pulling teeth. They actually send a false address to start with, I had it checked by the post office. I emailed back and said if they didn’t send the correct one I would just report them. They sent another address which I sent the item to. Shock horror it got stopped at customs and returned to me anyway! I sent a picture of the returned item to me and then said to them I was reporting the matter as I believed the company was a scam and finally got the refund I was asking for. But minus the shipping cost. But by this point I was just happy to have the majority of the money back and to not have to deal with ‘Olivia’ any more. Do yourselves a favour and don’t spend your hard earned cash with them. You won’t get what you’re expecting and you won’t see your cash again!

I emailed for a refund the next day after receiving the item and was given a return address in Italy! It cost me $47 to return this article (original cost $90.05 with intl trnsn fee) and 3 months later it was returned. No refund. Have sent multiple emails to Olivia, asking why? No reply. Do not use this outlet.

The dress I ordered was rubbish quality. So bad I can't even take it to a charity shop. I had friendly emails about their difficult returns policy but realised that would cost me a lot(to post recorded delivery to Italy) with no guarantee of a refund. This company ought to be closed down!! Don't be tempted by photos clothing is shapeless and rubbish fabric!

I ordered from them and their sight said ships from Australia and their return policy says you have to pay return postage. Well when the shirt didn’t fit I wanted to return it only to find that I have to post it back to Italy! When they have a US phone number and address

Very easy to purchase. I had a couple of issues which Olivia responded to immediately - great customer service. When the parcel arrived with my outfit I initially thought the material was a bit thin but it is was due to the packing. I am so very happy with this outfit that I cant wait to wear it when I go overseas in October. Well made, looks superb, multi functional. Thank you North Fashion.

I ordered 4 dresses (2 of the same in different sizes) because I needed a dress for an upcoming wedding. I read the "free returns" and "we make it easy" policy on the website to make sure that I could easily return the dresses if they didn't work out. All 4 dresses were of such poor quality and all of them were too big (I wear a small, but ordered a medium also for 1 dress due to a review by another buyer.) I had to contact customer care via email and Diana returned my email saying as a small business that they couldn't possibly deal with returns (to China). I told her that I understand that would be expensive, BUT WHY DID IT SAY ON THE WEBSITE "FREE RETURNS BEFORE 30 DAYS" and "WE MAKE RETURNS EASY". I told her that her website is unethical and just because she is a small business doesn't give her a free pass to rip customers off. (BTW, I am also a female, small business owner.) She offered me a 15% discount on more shopping (ah, no thanks) and sent me the Chinese address. I went to the PO--what an ordeal. I had to fill out a customs slip and pay about $60 for shipping. But I did it to make a point--to show all potential buyers THAT IT IS NOT EASY AND CERTAINLY NOT FREE. Do not shop on this site unless you like donating clothing to a local charity.

First and foremost, I never received my order. Order in March of 2025. Poor customer service. Gave me the run around 2 times and then no response. I would never order from this company again. Order #BEA135264

This company is a complete scam. They advertise being in Charlotte NC but when you go to return your completely subpar item back, they offer you 10% of your money back and you can keep the item or pay to send it back to China. Stay far away from this scam of a company!

No notification to say it was being delivered. I couldn't track the order. It just turned up one day on my doorstep! Top fits - ish, trousers huge and long. Returns procedure - once I found it - was long and complicated. Photos required, they have my order details so why do they need me to show I have it. Selection of gift card or full refund? - the selection buttons do not work!! I finally have a Returns request number so wait with bated breath to see what happens next!! I fear shipping costs from UK will make return prohibitive.

Yes they sell inferior clothing that is represented as cool and comfortable for travel. False. Made in China and if you are in the USA, to return the item, you pay shipping to Italy. Not right. Just don’t do it!

This company is such a scam. They are essentially just dropshippers hiding behind a veil of "carefully curated fashion". I received my item extremely late and when I opened the package, the dress was nothing like what was advertised. Poor material, poor fitting, and very ugly floral graphics. I will encourage anyone to stay far away from this website. Total trash.
