Do not deal with this company. Bad quality shoes, look like they're make out of cardboard, do hold the foot, bad asymetrical cut and as expensive as identical shoes I just found in Italy. Quite expensive tops, ordered in bigger size, arrived about 2 sizes too small, awful colour. Return, while estimated by seller around CAD 25 for a small package, turned out to be over CAD 150 for less-than-a-pound package, (400g). Canada Post Office suggested to forget about it. Oh yes, shipping too almost a whole month.

If I could I’d give less than 1 star. Don’t waste your money. Material is not as expected and returns are more costly than the actual product. I’m going to dispute this with my credit card company.

What a scam !!! The dress I ordered arrived scrunched into a tiny bag ,( I assume to save postage ) . The fabric was limp and flimsy and totally crushed . The crushed area remained crushed when I hung it up !! I could not possibly wear this limp rag which did not look even close to the quality of dress shown on the site . There was no RETURN ADDRESS or return label offered on the site . It said send them a picture of the dress and if they approve it’s return , I can send it back at my own cost . The method they suggested for return was not feasible or economical . I assume this was to discourage you from going through the process , so they could keep my payment completely . DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !

I received the blouse and dress I ordered and the fit was terrible. I wanted to return and get a full refund but I would have had to pay to ship the clothes back to China! Although their website indicates that they are in NC. Don't buy from this company

If there was a negative stars rating it would be minus 10! I ordered 2 of their must have travel sets. Looked great on Facebook. In reality is is not the size as advertised. A 2X is actually a medium. I spent over $130.00 cdn. After a lot of confusing atemps they agreed to a return. The cost to return to ITALY was over $50.00. Aftrr reading other reviews, i have decided to not send it back, because i may be throwing good money after bad. DO NOT BUY DROM THIS COMPANY. the product is poor and smells of chemicals and customer service for returns is non existent.

I have had to refer this company to European consumer center due to them scamming customers out of their refunds. I am prepared to take them to the European courts so if there is anyone out there who would like to join me please contact Trust pilot and I will send my number to contact me.

The Shoes I ordered are NOTHING like the item I received. Took more than 3 weeks to receive ( not 5-7 business days as advertised. They were squished in a bag and damaged. Think twice before buying from this company, you will be disappointed. You get an automated message from someone offering you 10%/20% etc. I want a full refund and am happy to send back with a "prepaid" label. Otherwise to pay for return shipping costs are half as much as I paid for the shoes. ($40)

The outfit did not fit at all and did not look like the outfit I ordered. I tried to return it and I needed pictures of every piece including packaging. And it was going to cost $25 more than the outfit cost to return it out of the country. Do not use this company if you might want to return something.

I agree with everyone who says this place is a rip off. After a million emails for info on where to return the item, I got an address in Italy. Advertising says easy returns and free shipping in the U.S. Not true. I was charged for delivery. Don’t order from this place!

After placing my order for a lovely item I had to send an email to chase the status of my order - hey ho I received a reply by return - I was so impressed as usually if you chase an order with other outlets you have to wait 2/3 days for a reply at the minimum By coincidence my parcel arrived the next day The service offered to my text was very impressive
