BUYER BEWARE--returns need to be shipped to China by you
I ordered 4 dresses (2 of the same in different sizes) because I needed a dress for an upcoming wedding. I read the "free returns" and "we make it easy" policy on the website to make sure that I could easily return the dresses if they didn't work out. All 4 dresses were of such poor quality and all of them were too big (I wear a small, but ordered a medium also for 1 dress due to a review by another buyer.) I had to contact customer care via email and Diana returned my email saying as a small business that they couldn't possibly deal with returns (to China). I told her that I understand that would be expensive, BUT WHY DID IT SAY ON THE WEBSITE "FREE RETURNS BEFORE 30 DAYS" and "WE MAKE RETURNS EASY". I told her that her website is unethical and just because she is a small business doesn't give her a free pass to rip customers off. (BTW, I am also a female, small business owner.) She offered me a 15% discount on more shopping (ah, no thanks) and sent me the Chinese address. I went to the PO--what an ordeal. I had to fill out a customs slip and pay about $60 for shipping. But I did it to make a point--to show all potential buyers THAT IT IS NOT EASY AND CERTAINLY NOT FREE. Do not shop on this site unless you like donating clothing to a local charity.
