No order number given, and no tracking information sent to me. I wanted to return it, because the color was much brighter than shown on the website. But, even if I had my order number, I couldn’t return the item without paying shipping and receiving only 10% of the value of the item. Never buy anything without checking the return policy, and if it seems too cheap to believe, it is a scam. Avoid!

The apparel ordered was for a person 5'2" tall. It was not an XL. It was too small and too short for a person 5'8" tall. I order all the time online. Your company was not on point. I gave it away to a12year old neighbor. I will not trust your company again.

This website are scammers from China, the quality of the items is terrible, sizes are small and nowhere close to normal size charts , refunds are hard to get, you need to send their crap back to China at your own cost. pictures on the website is misrepresentation, do not ever buy from them them, it is the worst quality items that you will throw away.

Wow. What a joke the clothes are! Poor quality, stinks, takes forever to get to you. Then they only offer 10% refund or you ship it back on your dime to China and there is a 15% restock fee! Do NOT buy from them!!!

had to speak at industry event and needed something that looked good under stage lights. all the photos turned out great and i felt confident presenting. didnt have to worry about adjusting clothes during my talk.

Absolutely DO NOT buy anything from them, I bought a travel set, it took weeks to arrive and the color and fit was so bad it looked like a janitor uniform. When I requested to return it, the return address was in ITALY! It costed $35 to ship it back then the claimed they could not see the tracking number which was clearly on the package. Then they claimed it was returned to me because they provided an undeliverable address. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!

I would give zero stars if I could. Bought a dress, what was delivered was completely different than advertised. Only can return if I ship to China and pay for it myself, at which point I would be out even more money. Do NOT buy from this company!!

Absolutely poor quality material and bad fit. Their so called "Easy Returns" policy is anything but easy. Numerous steps to follow to include pictures of the items you're returning. The catch....any items being returned are to be shipped to an overseas address at buyer's expense. The address given to me was in Italy. No refunds are processed until they receive the items. Bottom line....stay away from this company.

Do not under any circumstances purchase from Fresh North. They are located in China, NOT Charlotte NC, not their shipper in Illinois, not their bank in Belgium. Returns are not free and I was offered 10% of the purchase price to make a return. READ THEIR RETURN POLICY BEFORE YOU BUY. I wish I had.

Very fast delivery of my rain jacket. I love this jacket as it is light to wear and a simple cut. Can be worn with anything. A lovely rain coat.

Don’t buy from this company unless you are willing to lose your money. If you have purchased them don’t try to return things because it will cost you more. I bought two outfits from them and they sent the wrong size. I requested a turn and had to fill out a lengthy form to have it approved. I was responsible for shipping to the return center in ITALY!!! Had to send them a photo of the tracking number Imagine my surprised when the package was returned to me. It had reached its destination and was refused.!! They are crooks.

I ordered the Monochrome travel outfit in Army Green. I waited 10 days and had not received my order. So I emailed the company and got a return email from Olivia. She told me that it was in shipping. When I finally got the outfit, (it took about 21 days), I wasn't sure if I liked it. I emailed her again to get washing instructions. She very nicely responded. I washed it and tried it on again and I like very much. The quality seems pretty good for the price. I have read some really bad reviews, but this was not my experience.

This company was tremendously difficult to deal with. Their clothes are poorly made, ill fitting and when I followed their 10 step return policy exactly, not only did it cost me 50 usd to return the items, they refused to take them even though they were in perfect condition and had never been worn. They sent them back to me with no explanation. Do not buy!
