My order experience was great. Really easy. However 7 weeks later and I still haven’t received the order, hopefully we like the stools when they eventually arrive. Only communication I have had is the account no email updates etc which might help manage expectations.

Communication has been excellent. Customer service were very helpful with my query and checked back a few hours later to see if they could help any further. So far I have been extremely happy and am excited about my new chairs arriving.

Ich warte seit über 20 Tagen auf meine Bestellung, nach Nachfrage wurden immer wieder komische Ausreden erfunden und weitere Hoffnungen auf zukünftige Sendedaten gemacht. Diese waren dann aber auch nicht richtig. Nun habe ich nach einer Rückerstattung gebeten und noch keine Antwort erhalten.

J’ai commandé une chaise de bureau début janvier 2025 via Instagram, profitant de soldes exceptionnelles… qui semblent l’être un peu trop, l’offre étant toujours en cours un mois plus tard ! Ma commande est restée en attente sans aucune mise à jour sur la livraison. Face à ces délais qui s’éternisaient, j’ai contacté le service client pour demander l’annulation et le remboursement. Curieusement, ma chaise a alors été expédiée en un temps record et livrée presque aussitôt. En compensation, la marque m’a accordé un dédommagement de 30 %, versé rapidement.
