Good day, Working on the platform since the beginning of the year. This product is very stable and quite clear. Offers good efficiency in terms of flexible, fixed income and double investments. Easy lending procedure. Working with fiat is somewhat complicated in terms of withdrawal, since the company preferred to work with new generation cards, which, at the moment, are issued by a limited number of banks, mainly American ones. The platform offers an increased interest of 2% when choosing the NEKSO payment currency. The disadvantage of this offer is the mandatory transfer of all portfolio assets to payments in NEKSO. Limitations on the swap volume, the introduction of swap fees, up to a certain size, imply an increase in the portfolio volume by a significantly larger volume of assets than the limit of 5K US dollars, set since the beginning of the year. The support service functions stably, but in some cases formally. For example, to my recent question "How do you calculate the fiat equivalent of the interest accrued on a specific asset?" The answer is: "Multiply the amount of interest by the current price." What current price? At the time of payment of interest? What is the source of information on historical price statistics? If we take information on coinmarketcap: opening prices, high, low and closing prices, often the price of the fiat equivalent to the amount of natural interest is lower than the low.

I had an issue 2 times and nexo employee solved it super fast. My local bank need like a week or two to just answer my email. That's all I need to feel safe

I lost about 5 figure sum of AUD worth of crypto on Nexo. I was using I phone nexo app and to check my balance and then check my email. Its app spoofed a request to “please put in password to get mail”, looking slightly like the official iphone mail app but was on the top instead of the middle screen, subsequently i was hacked into my email. The hackers requested a new password, disabled my google nexo authenticator from the Nexo desktop web, then set it to password and email only 2FA (email which was already compromised), then they withdraw the whole amount. Nexo might just as well advise users that they will lose their money if they lose their email. I lost access to email, and that was all it takes to lose all your cryptocurrency! They are located in Cayman Island, and cyber police have no jurisdiction with. They will not respond to your request for help and ignores you after some time. Nexo platform is not safe. Hackers have a list of Nexo clients emails when they moved to Cayman Island. It makes me think what can i use crypto for apart for its speculation effect which is not worth it. I do not recommend nexo, you watch it grow, but it gets hacked and you lose everything. If you are a client, you are likely on target to be hacked. They do not think about their security and hackers/or whoever who works for Nexo, have a role to play in the hack success. I do urge everyone to withdraw their funds to cold wallet and not be tempted by the greed of “interest”, in a weak security platform. I no longer have any interest in crypto which is only purely speculative and cant be use to purchase anything directly.

I have put in $30k and been able to withdraw without incident! Nexo have forfilled their promises every time, without exception I now have $60k USD with nexo in term deposits and I sleep soundly at night I 100% recommend!
