Top notch medical technology. Just got done with the demo and the product seems revolutionary and easy to use. The reports provide a great indication of overall health and even a follow up plan.
I am pleased to say that I have had excellence service with this company, particularly with a young lady with the name Lyka C. This was on a Sunday that she showed her concern and interest in my situation. Lyka told me she would return my call with information and she did so promptly. It is nice to know that she truly showed concern for me and my prescriptions.
Dr. Joshua is an exceptional healthcare provider who is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Dr. Joshua took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He was patient and understanding. One of the things I appreciated most about Joshua was his prompt response time. He quickly replied to my messages and promptly provided me with the info and advice.
I am currently researching the NMS-100 and it looks very promising. We are looking to increase the efficiency of our practice and our current testing is slow, inefficient, and stressful for the patients. We are really excited to get a preview of what the NMS-100 can do and an in-depth product breakdown.

I have found the people working at Nex Medical Solutions to be not only versed in the medical technology they provide but to treat their customers with respect and care. This puts them above any of the several technology providers I have used in past years.
We are currently in the research phase of our search. A colleague that I trust referred us to Nex Medical Solutions and the NMS-100 after reading an article about the features. The ability to produce a detailed report on our patient’s overall health using preventative medicine is extremely appealing. We are scheduling a demonstration of the NMS-100 and looking forward to seeing how it works. The service representative was very friendly and scheduled a mutually convenient time for our demonstration.
I am very satisfied with the device quality, the forthrightness of their customer service to ensure everything is provided in a needed/timely manner and impressed that each month, I am called by a team member to ask if I have any questions and how the device is working.
So far everything has been great. The implementation of the device was very efficient. I am always willing to respond to a survey and explain the benefits of the NMS-100.
