I live in a small development of 20 properties in Aberdeen. Newton has recently taken over its management. We had a problem with groundworks which had shifted and become dangerous. Newton arranged for a company to come within the week, they spent 3 days digging it up and relaying the setts and concrete blocks, and this common ground is now safe again.
So far we have had rapid and helpful feedback from Newton.
I had a problem with water ingress in my property. My property manager Jack Moran was on the case immediately. Roofing contractors were on site quickly and Jack kept me fully informed throughout the repair. In my 20 years plus as a landlord I would rate this as one of my best experiences dealing with a factoring company based on the speed with which Jack addressed the problem, his friendly manner and his communication.
