Unacceptable
Cases were wrong size for our needs- our fault but return is not easy and Nere refuse to exchange, advised would need to rebuy and send back. Portal did not work, they had to manually do it. Asked for details/ how many packages etc. DPD for once good however Nere had told them incorrect amount of parcels so had to wait for it to be sorted. Was told as per their policy would receive a refund within 14 days of collection. 14 days have now passed and no refund has been received. Unacceptable Useless response from Nere as it has already been over 14 days since parcels were collected. Think twice about purchasing from this company

Not advised item was out of stock.
I ordered the item on line where it was listed as in stock. I waited two weeks for delivery and contacted Nere to chase delivery to be told they were out of stock of the colour I ordered and were waiting for new stock to arrive. At no point was I contacted to be advised of this. I was then offered the only colour that was available which I agreed to. It took another week to arrive.

I would not recommend
I would not recommend. The quality is poor. My suitcase was scuffed and scratched after one trip- which is not what Iβd expect. Lock didnβt work. Choose another brand. These cases are not cheap and you need to invest wisely
