I'm very happy to have chosen Neptune Auto Transport to help me ship my car across the country. Joe Greene was incredibly helpful and always available throughout the entire process.

This experience was great. I was getting overloaded with inquiries about the transport and when Neptune Auto called were patient and professional. They really were working with my schedule as I could not give them an exact date at first. Taylor Dawson was my point person and he was very knowledgeable and reliable.

First time shipping a car, from cali to indiana. No issues at all! Joe Greene was super helpful and available throughout the entire process.

The communication from Joe Greene was excellent. He guided through the process every step of the way. Our son's car was stuck out of state. Joe was able to find a driver and get the car to our mechanic by our home within 24 hours of us calling him. Outstanding!

This transport service is very great. Recently, got my car moved. Also, Kevin was very responsible, replying back to my questions on time.

They never answer the calls, they always say that they will talk to the client and remain silent. Do not work with them, they are not professional

Never shipped a car before; was leery of doing so. Joe was extremely professional & persistent in finding a driver, etc to assist us, & managed to obtain exactly what we needed with a Saturday delivery. This was so much better than the Monday we were anticipating, assuming that transports wouldn't occur on a weekend. Aleksandr was on time for both pick-up & drop off. He was also very professional & only took 30 minutes both times. As it was over a 400 mile transport, pick up was Friday with A Saturday morning drop off. Highly recommend this company, especially if you want to save time, money, and headaches. And if you're really lucky, you'll work with Joe & Aleksandr.

There are so many transport brokers out there and you have to do your research to find a reputable one that uses reputable transporters. This is my third car from the west coast, she traveled almost 3000 miles to get to me. I chose Neptune based on their reviews I researched on multiple platforms. Fred was very communicative and always answered my calls. He picked up my car on Monday, the day he promised, the only issue was the transport company he chose for me delayed the second pickup from their yard for four days and my car would have been delayed by at least another four days or more for delivery. I alerted Fred and he found another transport that picked my car up from the other transport’s yard and still got my car to me on the following Tuesday, still a day earlier than Fred originally promised with the first transport. Fred took great care of me and my “new” one owner 2006 Corvette and I would trust him with any vehicle I needed transported. In his business there are a lot of other brokers that will say and promise deliveries and prices just to get your business. Fred was straight up and every move he made reassured me I made the best choice to transport the car of my dreams. My car arrived undamaged, and was loaded on top of the transport at my request. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend Neptune Transport! Thank you Fred!
