I was given exactly the level of attention a customer should receive. I was contemplating converting back from NeatVault to Neat Year (after taking off a year from Neat web experience) and wasn't sure whether it was the right thing to do. Liza listened and convinced me that I'd benefit from the conversion. Additionally, she gave me a price break and a pro-rated NeatVault refund, which I gladly accepted. I am much happier now :)
I must say my problem took quite a few sessions to resolve but the tech that helped me had the patience of Job. I kept messing up the download but she kept in contact with me and made sure that my problem was resolved. Kudoes to her.

I had attended one of the training webinars and remembered a method of duplicating folders but could not recall the process. This call was to recover that technique and use in preparation for next year’s filings. The agent was most helpful and took me right to the solution.

The representative Liza, that was extremely helpful. This was a pleasant surprise as most of my previous experiences with Neat support have not been good.
Customer service from Liza was great. In general, the subscription is expensive, I don’t like that I can’t bulk download pdfs, and I am uncomfortable with my data being on your server instead of my computer. That said, I have not found an alternative. It would be good if I could designate “frequently used” folders, and if opened trees stayed open, to reduce the number of clicks when importing multiple docs.
I needed help getting the icon on my home page for the neat software. Thanks to Lisa C. Help that was accomplished in record time. Thank you. NEAT does need to make a simplier/cheaper version for those just track receipts fir taxes.

I a. Still having trouble gettin to edit/file records I scand into neat yesterday. I did get some info over chat but the problem is NOT resolved.
Last two times I scanned items when I tried to edit and file them the screens are blank< before this everything worked pretty well. I've been using NEAT force number of years ever since the records were keep on your own computer, that was my favorite version. It always worked.

I had a constructive interaction with LizA who gave me pointers on downloading my Neat file cabinet. I think the product would be better if within the current web system there was an easy way to port data stored in Neat to a computer or other storage that does not require an annual subscription. Neat is useful whilst a company is active but a solution needs to be available other than the use of unsupported legacy software to help with mandatory storage after business closure.
I chatted with Liza today to resolve an issue I was having with viewing images. She provided me with instruction to fix it, which was very quick and easy. I also asked her to show me how to clean up some of my images and she had instructions for that at the ready. This was a great experience!
Had a problem with NO DOCUMENT DISPLAY in any of my folders. I contacted customer service, and was guided through the process of clearing my cachs, (which had caused the problem after an update was done by NEAT without informing the users about the problem it caused).
Anyone can write a CrowdTrust review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they'll be displayed as long as an account is active.
We're all about transparency. Companies can't pay to alter or remove reviews from CrowdTrust.
