NFCU goes out of their way to be helpful to it's customers. They are far and away the best banking institution I've been associated with.
We are totally new to Navy Federal and we couldn’t be happier. They had the Best new car loan rates out there. The staff at our local branch were so friendly and helpful. Our account set up, loan approval and processing were seamless. So happy we gave Navy Federal a try.

The entire process was easy. We thought we had plenty of time to close, but then had to bump closing up like 6 weeks. The team beat feet and got it done. Very impressive. Good communication also. This new purchase with Navy Fed was so smooth. Super impressed with Korina, LaTashia, and Jennifer. I hope upper management reads this and gives them a well deserved raise! If I knew all of the girls were in the same place, I’d send over some bourbon and flowers. Thanks for making this experience memorable!

Navy Federal Credit Union is a professional organization that exceeds all banking standards. They have never disappointed me (and I do have high standards). I use their on-line banking and mobile app daily. They are easy-to-use, comprehensive, and intuitive. People on the phone and at their retail counter are also competent and courteous. If you are a manager working for a bank or a credit union. Look to Navy Federal Credit Union as an example to emulate.

Tried to remove money from atm and I never received my money it reflected in my account, when I filed a compliant they said it would take 45 days to process my money back to my account. They are quick to take money but not return
