We engaged this company when we recently took over a pub in Edinburgh. From start to finish, Mark McCormack was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, helpful and took all the stress out of setting up our utilities. Would highly recommend as we will certainly use Mark again.
Very fast and efficient service. Rowan has an excellent customer service skills and can find a solution to any problem. Has been very flexible and I like the personal approach to the customer.

We have been using Nationwide for a number of years for our charity and have always found them to be extremely helpful and supportive. They have always provided us with competitive quotes and advice when the time comes for contracts to be renewed. We've just expanded our premises and didn't hesitate in asking Nationwide to take on the additional utility contract.

The ladies in the office always do their best to help which is not always easy at present due to the very difficult situation around the energy sector. A difficult beginning due to a member of staff not doing his job properly but after that the girls were brilliant sorting my energy company and winning two Ombudsman cases on my behalf, thank you Vicki and Pheobe.

Have been with Nationwide for many years, still check with other brokers and with utility companies direct whenever there is a new contract but have found Nationwide are consistently competitive. The best part of working with Nationwide though in my opinion is the support you get from them. Dealing with utility companies direct with any issues or queries is, in my opinion, like pulling teeth. Nationwide take care of all of this. It feels great to have them on my team so to speak.

I have used Nationwide for many years now. I had always dealt with my pubs utilities as a multiple operator, but it got to a point where I needed someone to take over. I have never looked back since signing with Nationwide. Kay is very helpful and knowledgeable. Nicole goes over and above what I would expect someone to do. She is always prompt with my demands and is very professional. The issues we face are with the suppliers and not Nationwide. I feel that Nationwide do have your best interests in mind.

Awful.. I would give a 0 if I could I am highly surprised these guys have a 100% review experience… I took over a pub in November 2021 and was visited by one of the sales guys Jason who promised the best deals with both gas and electric.. I have had a nightmare with my electric bill and it’s still ongoing to this day…paid thousands in electricity and it’s still ongoing… shop around guys do not use this company. UPDATE Thanks for the reply, but sorry NO it is not the case of utilities going up. I have never had a problem with my gas as I never used yourselves. It is the shocking and poor service Nationwide energy supply small businesses.

I had always been pleased with the service I have received and when Covid hit, I was blown away with the dedication and perseverance by the team, particularly Kay, who has worked tirelessly to fight for me to get a refund from my Energy company. We currently rent a property that we moved into on the 14th of June 2019. On moving in we discovered that we had 2 meters for each of our water, gas and electricity supply (the property was previously a shop and a flat - ie 2 units).Thus paying 2 standing charges every month. The Landlord said they would pay the cost of removing ing 2nd meter for each supply. Nationwide Energy were given the contract and Victoria (Boughey) was my contact. The whole operation has had a number of problems plus of course COVID slowed everything down as well. Without Victoria's help in sorting out so many issues/mistakes by certain suppliers I know we'd still be wrestling with the project. Excellent to deal with, know's her stuff, and has kept on top of all the issues throughout - Many thanks Victoria!!!
