We currently rent a property that we moved into on the 14th of June 2019. On moving in we discovered that we had 2 meters for each of our water, gas and electricity supply (the property was previously a shop and a flat - ie 2 units).Thus paying 2 standing charges every month. The Landlord said they would pay the cost of removing ing 2nd meter for each supply. Nationwide Energy were given the contract and Victoria (Boughey) was my contact. The whole operation has had a number of problems plus of course COVID slowed everything down as well. Without Victoria's help in sorting out so many issues/mistakes by certain suppliers I know we'd still be wrestling with the project. Excellent to deal with, know's her stuff, and has kept on top of all the issues throughout - Many thanks Victoria!!!
