Excellent Service

We engaged this company when we recently took over a pub in Edinburgh. From start to finish, Mark McCormack was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, helpful and took all the stress out of setting up our utilities. Would highly recommend as we will certainly use Mark again.

Very fast and efficient service. Rowan has an excellent customer service skills and can find a solution to any problem. Has been very flexible and I like the personal approach to the customer.

First class service

First class service - go that extra mile! Look no further than Nationwide Energy if you want a broker to organise your supplier. They are very professional and they do go that extra mile for you. They keep in regular contact and support you all the way. I had a recent issue with one my supplier who are taking over my supply in July and I have to say Kay Burridge, one of the brokers at Nationwide, was beyond helpful. I cant tell you how supportive she was. Very impressive and so dedicated to her customers. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone. They are fantastic!

Fantastic Service from Tori at…

Fantastic Service from Tori at Nationwide Energy from start to finish and still continues to provide an excellent service. It's not often you get to know the names of people within large companies, where staff are more than happy for you to contact them direct with any questions or concerns, but Tori has done so from the start. It's was one less stress to be able to pick up from the previous conversation with her, I can thank both Tori and Nationwide Energy for there help and support. Many, many thanks Camille. 10/10

They were excellent at sorting my energy query out Kept me informed with everything they were doing and it was sorted out very quickly They have also got a password for my energy contact now so if someone phones up trying to sell you a contact if they don’t have my password I don’t talk to them Saves a lot of time when you’re contracts for your business gas and electricity are up for renewal Can’t fault them 1st class

Absolutely fantastic service from Kay

Absolutely fantastic service from Kay. She has removed so many potential headaches or me I.e. being stuck on hold indefinitely etc she has always communicated any updates or changes and I wouldn’t hesitate in using Nationwide Energy going forward, but only if Kay Burridge can be my account handler!!! (I’m sure everyone else is equally as good)... thanks for everything..
