I know how quick people are to criticise,  so I  thought that I would drop you an email to say thank you for the faultless service that I have received from you recently.  The process of claiming for one of my beloved dogs after the shock diagnosis of a mast cell carcinoma and subsequent surgery was very straightforward and simplistic,  and you dealt with the claims quickly and  efficiently .

Bennie had his treatment today (he had his initial treatment two weeks ago and I paid his excess. To my absolute delight that claim was settled the same day. He had the cyst removed today, and now awaiting his biopsy and it has just been settled. I have never received such a fast turnaround -;you have a new customer for life. Thank you so much

Terrible. Paid vet, got receipt. Can't upload receipt. Vet has to make claim, though they don't make direct claim. Zero customer service. Zero. Can't speak to someone and take a day to answer cat messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely incredible. I pay just under £45 a month for my year and half old mini dacshund which felt like a lot but is worth every penny. The support with any questions and access to a 24 hour vet via video call has been excellent. Dave recently had gastroenteritis for which the treatment set me back just under 3k. The vets set the claim off and I had to confirm the details with Napo - the claim was confirmed and accepted the very same day easing a whole load of my stress and worry once again. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

On the surface seems good however come renewal time it is horrific!! They have increased our renewal by 174% for a 1 year old puppy (we claimed once for gastro which wasn’t caused by anything long term just a bacteria!) - taking the cost to £167 PER MONTH. They blamed his breed and said it had “nothing to do with the claim” but when we took out the policy they knew his breed (mini dachshund) so why the insane increase. The increase amount is also suspiciously exactly the same amount as the claim we made? Steer well clear. UPDATE: Napo replied below but I also just got an email again just blaming his breed and age (1 year old mini dachshund) with a note that there is nothing they can do… there is just a 174% increase (which is an additional £106 per month)

Really useful to be able to have a video consultaton with a qualified vet, and the advice they gave was helpful and reassuring, and saved us a visit to the local vets

Our experience with Napoleon has been nothing but positive! We have found the free FirstVet appointments to be incredibly helpful, and id be reluctant to insure with anyone else because of this feature. We have had more than 10 vet calls and a few calls with the behaviourist at firstvet and found each call to be invaluable. If we're on the fence as to whether to take our dog for a physical exam, this is our first port of call and always provides the reassurance and advice that we need.

Napo always respond quickly and the whole process is hassle free.

Unfortunately I've had to claim twice this year and both times napo have made it super easy and been super helpful. The online video consult is an excellent help too. Very reassuring when you are worried about your fur baby.

So straightforward and stress free, especially after we used an emergency vet while on holiday, my Labrador had very painful eyes and we didn't know what was wrong, we had excellent service and our claim sorted within 24 hours, no issues at all. Highly recommended.

As a Veterinary Practice making a claim on behalf of a mutual client, the whole process from start to finish was Excellent! Registration onto the portal was simple, submitting a claim was easy, quick and settlement was made almost straight away. By far and away one of the best Pet Insurance companies I have dealt with.

Sadly my first claim was cremation costs for my 13 month old cat. Napo's emails have been so sensitive, kind and empathic. I was moved to tears, not only by their caring communications but when I received a pot plant and beautiful, personal condolence card from them. This is the first time I've ever taken out pet insurance. Napo were recommended to me by a friend who is a vet nurse and I'm glad I went with them. Thank you, all.

Napo are very quick to settle claims and keep you well informed of progress. We are very happy with them currently but my fear is inflation of renewal price due to claims, it seems this is where they trip up. Let's see

I can't believe how easy it was to process a claim! Absolutely gob smacked. No long forms, no back and forth. We have £4k worth of cover and claimed for some x-rays at over £500 and it was sorted within 2 days and money will be in within 5-7 days. Just brilliant! I will be recommending them to everyone!
