Honestly not great. Emailed customer service as they don’t send a returns label in the package, you have to ask for one and also send pictures and receipts. You have to pay to send it back and then wait for another invoice from them (4.99) for them to redeliver another shirt. So an extra £10 on top of whatever you have already paid. They don’t offer refunds apparently? Im sure this is against distance trading (online selling). They’re rude and tend to not reply to emails. As other reviews say the emails back are slow and frustrating. I think I’d try a different company next time. Took around 1 week to Arrive and had to download an app for shipping updates. Just a bit painful really. Wouldn’t order again from this company.
