J’avais répondu au questionnaire médical et je n’avais plus de réponse donc j’ai demandé à ce qu’on me rembourse si on ne me faisait pas parvenir ma prescription. Finalement je l’ai bien reçu mais après plusieurs interventions de ma part. ( un peu malheureux).

Ellaine was amazing and helpful!! This is the reason why I gave it 4 stars. I love Rocky, always got it fast and quick. However this time around, It’s almost a week and haven't gotten it yet. Other than that, it’s great.

Order app was a bit difficult. Made a few orders without knowing. Emailed to cancel extra orders and they did not. Paying for extra stuff and shipping I didn't want.

I had an issue with changing my address and through help of a few team members we were able to get everything resolved. all the staff are very nice .

The fact that it made me not hungry was great!

I really like the auto renewal. Would be 5 stars if there was a reminder that your credit card was about to be billed. Maybe there is supposed to be one and I didn't get it.

Poor service it’s been just over 2 weeks and I have not received my order I messaged them with no response I do not recommend rocky at all

Everything was good. The only complaint is that it’s not open on weekends and that the pills come in a pouch loose, rather than in a blister pack.
