I ordered sildenafil 200mg and received sildenafil 100mg.

Has been nice and easy geting my meds.

I placed my order May 31st and as at July 8th I still had not received the product but received an email to say that i was going to be billed again July 31st. I used the online assistant but it got stuck saying it was trying to put me through to a live assistant. I have also emailed and waiting for a response.

I Would like to know where the Shipment is so your tracking could be a little better

I had issues with an order + customer service and had trouble with a refund request. The owner contacted me personally and listened to my story, my frustration and issued the refund without hesitation. I really appreciate the honesty and kindness I was treated with today. This site is a scam I placed in order in may and have not received it or they have not returned my emails or phones calls I have reported them to the better business bureau for fraud THIS SITE IS A SCAM

I was hesitant to use an online company such as Rocky.ca for my perscription needs; however, I was very pleased with the results & customer service. From the initial inquiry stage to receiving my perscription was quick, informative and the prompt reply to any questions left me feeling comfortable & confident. I love the 'descreet' option for delivery as well. My order showed up exactly when it said it would. All in all, I would highly recommend Rocky.ca.

Iniatially I tried to cancel my order. I cancelled the subscription well before the subscription was approved but it wasn't clear anywhere that it would still process an order a few days later. Support did help with this issue.

I had a bad experience with another company, Felix Health and switched to MyRocky. The difference was shocking. Much better clinical care, customer service, and overall reasonable staff. My only issue is that their website is somewhat glitchy.
