My clinician didn’t reach out in time to get me my next dose shipped in time. I will have gone a week without an injection. This is also an increase so will probably hav increased side effects. Other than that, the service is good.
I have had several inconvenient and poor experiences with Rocky in the 4 months I have had to deal with them. From extra charges on billing (twice) to not communicating properly, ignoring messages, sending me prescriptions when I have paused my account, to not being able to reach someone with questions.

Communication could be quicker. Charged for a consult which is a money grab each time. As there is no real consultation.
I think you need to be clearer that each month there is an extra cost to consult fee to be a company of integrity.nothing is mentioned about that. Its unfair to consumers. If you read the reviews about Rocky alot say you are scam. Being integral about total cost, hidden cost will help clean up reviews.
