Great Experience

I wanted to write a review to give a big shout out to Ryan MacCallum. I have had a few properties fall through and have used My Home Move Conveyancing each time. Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

Excellent service

Excellent service. Manvir Bisla guided us through every step of the way and made things as easy to understand and as simple as possible. He was always at the end of the phone to answer and questions. We had worried that online service would be less accessible and less personal but we found this far better than having previously used local conveyancers. The eways app was really helpful to have all our documents in one place and clearly see which tasks needed completing next. Thank you Manvir. Would definitely use this service again.

Good but some hidden charges

I left my review after the purchase is completed (although still waiting for the Registration of Title yet completed). The conveyancer did a great job, they review my case very thoroughly and raised necessary enquiries to the vendor and management company, and they response to my enquiries very quickly too. Although I would recommend to chase them more often if you think the process is stagnant, as they might miss out something and waiting for nothing. The only disappointed thing is the charges. There is a Β£904+VAT "cost" after I paid the standard "Professional Fees" of Β£704+VAT (excluding some add-on specifically for my purchase). The quotation they sent me at the beginning was only included the "Professional Fees", and there is no breakdown of this "cost" and what is it for. I believe this is their fee for providing service, but they should have listed it out at the beginning.

The conveyancing process is still ongoing. So far I have found that the employees of the company are very prompt. Their online system in place for handling the conveyancing process including initial stages of quotations and clarification of queries is impressive. Excellent service!

Friendly, reliable and honest with quotes

Connor Morson was brilliant in helping us instruct a solicitor so that we could complete our mortgage application. Very friendly service and kept to the quoted price. Even asked questions early on to ensure that there weren't any surprising hidden fees and was able to manage our expectations and not give us false hope

Easy to track, hard to communicate...

Work done but reaching out the solicitor was not very easy. Could not find the solicitor during easter. Easy to track progress. Solicitor was helping to figure out issues and raising enquiries Cheaper than most other companies.
