I bought 4 piece bedroom online Smooth transaction Called them several times No certain date for delivery yet after 10 days After placing the order one piece is out of stock and I will need to wait for more than 8 weeks to get delivered I hope I receive a good quality furniture then I will update my review
Been looking for some good quality furniture for some time now and this is the only shop that has anything that is worth calling furniture. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We finally decided on the Jefferson tallboy as it was made from real timber (not MDF) and was suited to our taste. Delivery was straight forward and the two guys even wheeled the tallboy up the stairs and into the bedroom. In summary, the staff were wonderful and the price was very reasonable for what it is - a well made chest of drawers made from solid Chestnut timber. We are very happy with our purchase and may well go back to buy more.

I ordered a bed frame online on 7 December. The information on the website said that it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Instead, I got it on 30 Jan and that was after numerous phone calls chasing them up and given many fake promises. Even allowing for a Christmas break (which they never gave prior info about) it was pathetic. When it was finally ready for delivery, I was told that their driver would ring me to arrange a day and time but he never did so, forcing me to remain in the house for days on end for fear of missing it. The bed frame was delivered without screws for assembly. I chased them up and was promised delivery within a week. I rang up after one week and found that the screws would only be picked up by the courier that day. That's the quality and speed of their customer service. The bed frame had holes for 12 screws but someone at their service department said I only needed eight and sent only eight. This is truly unacceptable as the bed frame will not have the factor of safety intended. What was the big deal about sending me all 12 screws? My whole experience has been nightmarish and I seem to be dealing with people who couldn't care less. Not a single apology or expression of regret. They often promise to investigate and call back but don't do so. It's well and good if everything goes smoothly but don't expect much if there is a hitch, no matter how small.

We ordered our lounge in September and they said it would arrive in early December. Now we are in February and it still hasn't arrived with no delivery date yet

It has been almost a year since i first ordered a bed from them and i still i haven't received all the parts. i asked for a small shelf to be put on the bedhead which i was charged $200 for, it wasn't fitted and to date still have not refunded the money. the quality of the workmanship is very shoddy, staples showing every where. I have called them every second week since the 3rd month and sent more than 40 emails. The people I speak to are always different and do not care that I am a 60 year old pensioner who has beed sleeping on the floor for a year! I regret the day I contacted this company.
The delivery time is way too long. There is no communication as to when the order will be despatched. It becomes a guessing game. Not my favourite thing to do,when I need the product, which I have ordered and paid a lot of money for.
It took me all most a moth to receive the item I am only 3h away from the supplier and when it came it was damaged not happy at all
When I ordered a bed on 21st September 2020 there was no indication that it was not in stock. I actually preferred another bed but that clearly stated it would not be available for a month and I didn't want to wait. On 23rd September I was advised via email that my bed was not in stock. On 3rd of October I was told via email it would be 6-8 weeks until delivery. On 2nd of November I received a phone call advising it would be another 6 weeks. On the 15th of December another email advising the bed was on the water and hopefully delivered before Christmas but if not deliveries will be from 7th of January 2021. Another phone call on 14th of January advising the bed would be delivered the following week. It is now the 29th of January and still no bed. I would not order from this company again and would advise anyone who did to be prepared to wait over 4 months to receive your product.
Great products and service - bought a mattress (my partner says her back is no longer crying) and lounge chair at a very reasonable price. Delivery was also good - products were not damaged.
