Bought a bed frame that said in stock - ready to go. It’s been 2 weeks and no shipment. When calling/email no one can tell me when it’ll be shipped. After getting a managers number I was told it would be shipped today. In which the order still says awaiting shipment. I ordered the bed because I needed it ASAP. And in stock ready to go meant to me it would be shipped ASAP. This was not the case. I paid $175 for delivery in which item has still not been sent. After emails and calls no one is willing to sort out my order. I paid a total of $975 and wish I’d just gone through another company. I’d be happy to re write the review if my order was delivered and was sorted out. But the fact I’ve paid $175 for delivery service and it not be delivered is disappointing. As well as spending $975 for something I haven’t received.

Very annoyed that I was not told when ordering furniture items were not even in Australia and have now found 1 month later I will probably receive items at the end of next month. The company was happy to take my money when I placed the order, did not inform me items were coming from overseas and now tell me I will be waiting another month before delivery. So I will be lucky to get them two months later. Had I been aware I would have purchased elsewhere. Will definitely not recommend this company.

Got the wrong order and I have to wait for the next delivery for 5 more days . But all got sorted out when the next delivery came.

This company was great to deal with and the product is great quality - arrived promptly but i wasn't advised which day it would arrive.

Adam was the most professional, pleasant, furniture store sales person I have ever come across. I was so impressed with his service I decided to buy two (not just one that I had come in for) mattress ensembles. Highly recommended!!

I was treated with respect when told that they could not supply the piece of furniture I ordered but felt it would have been prudent to check what was advertised on the website so as anything that was discontinued could be removed - I was also a bit surprised to find that I was expected to write to their accounts department if I required a refund so thy could check my order - I felt that as they had my order, and my money, then they should have immediately refunded me - however I shall keep track of the refund.

Friendly service and reasonable delivery time, considering the item was shipped from Sydney to Melbourne.

Great friendly customer service and explanation regarding estimated time of product arrival. Nice to find a company that still values the personal touch.

Customer service is excellent

Waited 1 week with no update on my order, I then emailed my furniture about my order and had a reply stating the bed I had purchased was no longer being made. Why would they advertise a bed that isn't available and why would it take for me to contact them to find this out a week after I have paid for it.... I think this is terrible service!

I ordered a Box mattress. The Customer service was super helpful as were the updates when I called. Delivery was less than stellar and I was told a truck broke down. 10/10 on everything except delivery.

Floor staff had good knowledge and advice and we are very happy with the product we picked. Unfortunately the delivery service used let the process down as the 2 delivery guys spoke zero English so didn't communicate the time of drop off which ended up after hours without warning.

Great customer service, I dealt with a gentleman named Adam and he was extremely nice and well mannered, he assisted me on everything I requested, and was well versed in understanding beds, gave me all the right answers. Highly recommended.

Wrong product was delivered. Mistakes was rectified in two days. Very happy with the quality of the custom sideboard.
