Muss immer wieder bei Thomann bestellen! Es geht einfach keiner ans Telefon. Drum und Pa Abteilung ist für mich nie zu erreichen! Schade!

Todo perfecto salvo un retraso con la empresa de paquetería, atención al cliente muy bien.

Klantonvriendelijk bedrijf. Bij retourzending of garantie doen ze heel moeilijk. Ik had iets binnen een week retour gestuurd en kreeg een tegoedbon. Na het verzoek om het geld gewoon terug te krijgen kwamen ze met allerlei smoezen. Uiteindelijk moest ik dreigen met incassoburo en advocaat. Klantenservice is niet behulpzaam bij problemen of garantie. Ik bestel er nooit weer iets. # Edit naar aanleiding reactie MusicStore En weer een smoes. Ik ben een particuliere klant, dus dat is helemaal niet van toepassing. En nog een onwaarheid, het is wel correct dat ik heb gedreigd met incasso en advocaat. Uiteindelijk heb ik dit niet doorgezet vanwege gedoe en kosten, dus noodgedwongen maar iets anders besteld om er vanaf te zijn. U ziet het, zelfs nu blijven ze nog moeilijk doen. Dus hecht u waarde aan kopen bij een eerlijk bedrijf met goede aftersales en een vriendelijke klantenservice, dan bent u bij Music Store aan het verkeerde adres.

Zeer snel geleverd. Dit is best ok. Maar we hebben het hier niet over chinese plastiek van 20 Euro. Deze aankoop werd met zijn doos voor de deur achtergelaten. Niet op de aangekondigde dag maar vroeger. Diefstal was zeker mogelijk. Hierop kan gewerkt worden om het te verbeteren. Ik ben graag thuis als men dure spullen levert. Verder top

I ordered a high-end guitar from Music Store for over £2,500. It was advertised as new, but arrived with visible signs of use, including a chip in the neck. It also hadn’t received the setup that was promised to me in writing before purchase. When I raised this, I was offered a partial refund of £85 — far too low given the guitar’s condition and value. I asked for a fairer partial refund so I could keep the instrument (which I’d already paid to have professionally set up), but they refused and insisted on a return. I didn’t return it for a few reasons: this model is becoming increasingly hard to find, it was the last one listed on their site, and I hadn’t realised until after ordering that the guitar would be shipped from Germany, making the return more complex. In the end, I chose to keep it and absorb the cost myself — but the lack of accountability and flexibility from Music Store was very disappointing. I wouldn’t buy from them again, and I’d advise others to be cautious — especially with higher-value purchases where condition and trust matter. --- In response to Music Stores Reply - Your website says "Every string instrument is inspected, set-up and tuned before shipment" - The instrument had 100% not been inspected. There were scratches on the front surface and a chip in the neck. It did not look brand new. It had not been set-up. I have photos taken the day it arrived. It was my mistake in not returning straight away, but in fairness there are also bad reviews here regarding the return process. Purchase from this company at your own risk.
