Three days later and order hasn’t arrived, been in transit that long, imagine how bad the meat will be if it eventually arrives 🤢

Overall, a fantastic amount of food for the price. Generally of good quality as well. Only thing to point out, the chicken thighs had a smell to them. Quite fowl, like rotten eggs. I know this can be normal and did leave the product to air out. But was put off by it, so decided not to use them. Overall, I'm happy with the rest of my order. Will order again.

Ive been a regular with musclefood for some years now. It's always a pleasure to purchase the meat online and receive it cold only a few days later. Always tastes very good, perfectly trimmed of fat. They offer some great deals too, I always take advantage of that bonus. Ive used the support service once and was 200% impressed with fast resolution.

I never received my food..all you said was the driver left it..and yes he did take a picture..but I never recived.

Always buy my meat from Musclefood, even when I am slacking in the fitness department. Can generally find a deal. Chicken breasts are always a good size.And beef mince,meatballs etc.is perfect for my batch cooking requirements. Always arrives well packaged and ice blocks work well keeping the contents fresh. Always get my moneys worth

The box with the products was completely damaged.

Great service

Just very poor . Mainly chicken ,thin cut pork stakes and paper thin bacon. For the money it's poor I get more at supper market on the 3 for 2 meats . Most certainly get more for your money . Chicken smells sour and im hoping it was just the blood . If when I cook it is off ,I will be taking it further. I will not be editing my post , but after emailing your company you got straight back to me witch I am greatful for . Thing is you asked for photos and dates with products. I've still got the wrapping yes . But the meat obviously got put into the bags I purchased from you for the freezer. But will look through my rubbish for the wrapping with dates . But might I had I never stated the products was out of date . Most of them had a week on them . But again thank you for the quick response.

Great food quick delivery

Packaged well .Still frozen pads inside keeping everything cool and fresh .Meat looks great but I would like to know what all the white stuff was coming out of the chicken on bagging individually .
