Fast service ease of use

As per usual, great service, great delivery and great products, thank you for the hundredth time, well done guys, keep it up.

4th Jun 2025.I don't think it was yous it was DPD. I asked them to leave my parcel at no 2 as no one would be in. They left it at My door for all to see I'm glad when the Wife got home it was Still there.

I ordered the meat for a month deal, delivery driver left the raw meat by my door and did not ring the doorbell or knock my door which resulted in blood being all over the box and the cool bags almost thawed out. Very upsetting as I've never had raw meat delivered like this.

My delivery wasn’t here on time. It wasn’t at my address. I still haven’t received my delivery all my parcel that I have paid money for. If someone please can tell me what has happened and where my package has gone. I’ll be most grateful but for this I’m giving you one star as unsatisfied customer

Missing items meatballs pork loin chops beef steak burgers and Cumberland sausages

I like the quality of the meat . I like the price of the quality meat . I like the portion size of the meat. Next time I'll try the protein meals.

Thank you so very much for the luke-warm food. It had cooled so much that the labels were falling off. If it was stated that it was "barbecue ready" I would not have bothered. You have my money this time but I will not be ordering from you again. Have a good day.

1 star as I didn’t receive my extra steak and the chicken thighs only had couple days left on use by date then once opened left with w very strong eggy smell.

Efficient delivery, lovely products

The parcel was great, lovely food. The parcel arrived on time and was packed really well.

The quality of the meat is excellent, it’s packaged well so delivery is a breeze and their customer service is brilliant, fast and helpful

Had a long hiatus from muscle food, but recently come back. The chicken is still excellently priced, but I have to say that the sirloin steaks we tried were extremely tough 🤣🤣. Will give the benefit of the doubt this time

We don’t appear to have received part of the order. 1kg of chicken thighs, 200g of beef mince, and the chicken sausages?

Wouldn't buy again £60 well a little more for 10 bits of meat ohh and thats £9.99 for mystery worth £20 too what a load of balleny definitely wouldn't recommend

I got a selection of steak for my son for his birthday and he said it was the best steak he had ever tasted and asked me where I got it from. we will be ordering from here again soon!
