I've been using MUD every morning for 2 years now. I love not feeling the urge for coffee anymore. When I feel like I need some more caffeine, I add matcha powder. For taste, I use Chobani creamer. The only negative things I have they could improve on are the following: 1. Zipper breaks on bag often and has no way of sealing it 2. I always feel like I run out of MUD before 90 days (its a 90 day bag) and I use exact measurement. I understand the powder can be dense or loose though in the measurement. Anyway, I'd like a bit more in each bag or 30 day container.
I signed up for the mudwtr. When you sign up to pay for the product, you are automatically signed up for an auto-ship. They send emails that you can manage your subscription. I've spent hours trying to cancel my subscription. I even emailed them asking how to cancel my subscription. I was told I had an auto-ship set up and where to manage it. When you get to the website, it says to manage your subscription go to "manage." The word "manage" is not clickable nor is it anywhere else on the site. So for days I've tried to cancel a subscription that's not cancellable. I had planned to buy it again next month, but now I will not if there practices are to hide how to cancel subscriptions IF they are even there at all.
What they don't mention is that they ship the product from US and we end up paying customs duties on it in the UK. For the intro 30-dose package I end up paying 75 USD + 11.32 GBP.
I recently started drinking mud/wtr. It is so stinkin good I can't live without it! It keeps me so balanced and feeling so even. And I've noticed the arthritis in my fingers has gone way down. It's so loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits! And I love how you can make different recipes with it, you can put it in your coffee, you can put it in your hot milk, you can put it in your tea all you can drink it plain. And it is always delicious time I like they say it is like cocoa and chai had a baby! If you try it I think you'll be really happy! Plus they send me awesome emails with articles that are so informative and interesting. This company takes you all the way!
Most importantly, their product is stellar. I started out ordering once and now have moved my subscription to the yearly. It seems super expensive but overall, it really does work out to be $1/day for a cup of the stuff. I also tried (and subscribed) to their creamer. It's all so delicious and super healthy. Their initial package deal of the mud/wtr, creamer and hand frother is a great value and the best way to mix up all the ingredients. When I made a mistake with one of my initial orders their Customer Service was fast and super helpful. I also love their weekly emails with information, podcasts, Spotify playlists and recipes. The vibe of the product and the company behind it is exciting. Really happy I found them.
