Andrea has been amazing, regularly updating the property listing online to keep it fresh. She is a wizard negotiator so that we were able to achieve a selling price which was in excess of the valuations we received from other estate agents. Throughout the conveyancing process she was constantly checking that progress was being made with the other people in the chain and she was regularly updating us so that we knew how things were coming along.
