Great service!
I recently used while moving house to ensure my autistic child could still use his iPad during the transition, it worked wonders! Just plugged it in and it worked immediately, fairly priced too. Couldn't rate it more really

Great service, efficient and fast.
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WiFi connection is horrible. Delivery was delayed by royal mail and refused to modify the order. Once the WiFi finally arrived. The connection was super bad sometimes I have to keep using my own data!

Terrible connection and we are unable…
Terrible connection and we are unable to use it, going backwards and forwards now for 4 days with their customer service team and I just want to send it back for a refund. I have sent various videos, screenshots and a speed test to them but apparently this isn’t enough.

Not great connections
I hired a box from this company to cover us for the week we were without wifi. On their website it says the boxes are suitable for gaming etc. The box was not strong enough and was NAT Closed which made it impossible to use this in the event of gaming. The signal wasn't great to link up for my TV either so I ended up boxing it back up to post back and used my phone hotspot which was stronger than this box. The company are quite hard to get hold of as they do not have a contact number and all their emails go into junk/spam folders. I am yet to receive a full refund back for this hire as so far I have only been given my deposit back. I will praise them however for their immediacy to get the wifi box out to you for the start date of your hire.

Moving internet saved the day!
Like others, I was sceptical at first but this company truly saved the day when we moved house over Christmas and had no Broadband for 3 weeks. The router easily ran all of our devices, streamed TV shows and coped with gaming. Super easy to set up - you just plug in the router and away you go. Plus points for also making it so easy to return at the end of the rental period. Well worth the money, would highly recommend!

I would use this service again.
Very easy-to-use service for those requiring temporary internet. The device arrived at a suitable time and supported access from several devices. Also, extending the hire (if required - it was for me) is straightforward. The deposit was also promptly returned.

We moved and had problems with the new supplier. Moving internet saved the day and the few weeks inbetween! Fast and efficient service. Everything was so easy. Plug in the router and enjoy fast Internet! Highly recommended
