I recently used while moving house to ensure my autistic child could still use his iPad during the transition, it worked wonders! Just plugged it in and it worked immediately, fairly priced too. Couldn't rate it more really

VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WiFi connection is horrible. Delivery was delayed by royal mail and refused to modify the order. Once the WiFi finally arrived. The connection was super bad sometimes I have to keep using my own data!

Super quick and efficient service and first class communication. I rented WiFi whilst waiting for broadband in our new house. The ordering process was easy and it came quickly, on my preferred day. Returns were super easy and my refund was delivered in the promised time frame. WiFi worked great, thank you.
So delivery by Royal Mail came and ignored my wife telling them to hold on while she, injured, made it to the door. Not the companies fault, except that's who they chose to use with my delivery payment. The internet itself worked but was really slow and more than one device doing everyday things taxed the router beyond it's limits. In all honesty you are better to get an unlimited data SIM from any retailer than use this device. Of course this could be a where I am in terms of network but my device and others around me were able to supply the house with better internet solutions
Internet didn’t work at all. Support team useless and told me there was good coverage. Regardless of coverage there was no internet whatsoever. I asked to return for a refund but they are still charging me for the days I had the device despite it not working because I didn’t report it earlier (it was Christmas Day!h). Don’t use this company as the internet doesn’t work and you will still be charged.
Arrived on time and speeds were fast. Did exactly what we needed during our house move

Perfect service and the process of receiving, using and returning the product was seamless. The internet was extremely reliable and allowed me to continue working from home whilst awaiting our permanent internet install. Our internet install was pushed back and the process to extend the internet hire was so simple and quick. A prepaid return label was provided and once the return was received back, my deposit was issued straight away. Many thanks ☺️
