Moving internet is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
I recently used while moving house to ensure my autistic child could still use his iPad during the transition, it worked wonders! Just plugged it in and it worked immediately, fairly priced too. Couldn't rate it more really

VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WiFi connection is horrible. Delivery was delayed by royal mail and refused to modify the order. Once the WiFi finally arrived. The connection was super bad sometimes I have to keep using my own data!

Ordered internet to start on Tuesday, it's now 18.00 on Tuesday and the box still hasn't arrived. If you are paying for a service from a given date then I would expect the box to arrive the day before in order to allow for a full days work, turns out the box was only posted at 18.53 the night before I was meant to start using it, so there was no way it was ever going to be with me in time for a full days work. Customer service also frustrating, unable to reply unless you're on the correct "email thread" etc. etc. when all you need is a quick answer. Still no tracking from Royal Mail, so unlikely to have the box on the second day of my hire either. Not ideal when you're reliant on this for work.
Next day delivery and did the job perfectly until broadband was installed permanently. Would highly recommend to anyone moving home as a temporary solution.
Quick and easy, able to work from home, joining virtual meetings without any issue. Took the stress out of moving house.
The connection speed was so slow it was unusable most of the time. They replaced it with another device which was not much better. Out of 7 days hire, there was one day when I had a usable connection and even that was far from perfect. I'm frustrated that they are still charging me full price despite keeping them fully informed of the problems.
Delivery was very quick considering I ordered it quite late. Very strong internet,was able to connect all devices in my house(iPads,tvs,cctv and ring doorbell).I stumbled upon them while searching for internet options before my broadband could go live after moving homes.I work from home and can say that throughout the 10days I had it for,I never had any problems.It is exactly as they described it,just plug it in and you are good to go🙂.I highly recommend.
Delivery and return were very efficient and quick. The router worked fine within the house but internet access was poor and slow. Often I had to resort to tethering my phone to get adequate internet access. If my phone could get decent access via 4G the router should have delivered at least the same level of access. This did not happen and the level of service was therefore disappointing.
