While it was a seemingly long wait, Andy was there to answer my questions while keeping me apprised as to the process , ultimately he was very kind enough to arrange delivery late in the evening to fit around my work schedule. Professional and efficient.
From first point of contact I was kept informed of who would collect the bike and was kept updated on arrival time for collection which is important. The courier Tony was very affable and was efficient and helpful. Invoice arrived and I paid all very efficient. Very happy with the service and I would highly recommend. No problems which you do not experience with all companies.
