Absolutely blown away by how efficient and professional these people are. Excellent communication from day one with regular texts and phone calls with any updates. The van turned up at exactly the time they said they would be here and the bike has been loaded and secured brilliantly. The handover process was so easy and quick it was very impressive. Also has a phonecall after the delivery to ensure I was happy with their service. I would use these again in heartbeat as absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.
