Dear Sir/Madam. Communication wins wars. I was pleased with the txts I received providing timescales, names, & Tel numbers. These txts did provide much needed relief after making a significant purchase, thank you. My ONLY constructive criticism would be the use of the term TRACKING I initially believed this to mean the exact location of my bike. I spent some time on your website trying to find said facility with no gain. As a result, I just used the Job Number for any reference required. The chap who delivered the bike "Phil" was an absolute joy. The only thing we couldn't find upon delivery was the Service Record. It was Phil's suggestion to take a minute and go through all the paperwork. The Service record is situated at the back of the Riders Manual. Thanks again.

Great service👍,I was kept updated all through the delivery process by txt and phone. Andy rang with delivery details and was very helpful. Phil rang to confirm time of delivery on the day. The bike was dropped as promised and it was unloaded by Phil who was happy to chat a while, nice to chat with a fellow biker👍. I would certainly use the company again.
