Motorrad Konnection - Kove Motorcycles Yorkshire Reviews

First time dealing with Motorrad Connection and I have nothing but positive to say about it. John was super helpful and was very patient to my endless questions and certainly went above and beyond for me. Charlotte delivered the bike to me and was right on time. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Motorrad Connection. If you want a new or used bike, look no further.

Exceptional . I can honesty say John is the most genuine helpful and all round top geeza . Excellent hospitality upon arrival from norfolk , he had nothing but time and info and was not once pushy or dismissive to any questions we had , needless to say I came away having bought a new bike . The bike was ready to Collect in less than a week and was even personalised !!!! John goes above and beyond , he and his team are knowledgeable and helpful beyond expectations . Excellent , Top shop , Top service. Highly recommend

As with other customers I have experienced brilliant service from Motorrad Konnection. Bought Kove 450 rally back in November 2024 (I Apologetically only just remembered I forgot to leave a review). Initially I saw the advert spoke to John who was really helpful & patient with me checking over details etc. Then kindly offering to change the tyres back to the originals which was great. Thanks Motorrad mechanics team! Charlotte delivered the bike brilliant smooth hassle free service. Thank you one & all I am recommending these folks cause they offer a great motorcycle business with focus on customer care which can be hard to find these days Cheers Russ

Recently bought a Kove 450 rally from John at motorrad konnection a great guy to deal with he can’t do enough for you which is a rare treat these days. Wouldn’t hesitate to do business with him again and just a great place to go and see what interesting bikes he has in the showroom.

I bought a Kove 800 Adventure X. From start to finish first class service from John Stone and family. Three main tenants of this business are:- Openness Fairness Excellence All very rare in a motorcycle dealership!

Recently took delivery of my Kove from John Stone at Motorrad Konnection. A brilliant guy and company to do business with. Trustworthy, honest and supportive - you really could not ask for more. From start to finish the experience has been second to none. If you’re in the market for a new Kove or quality specialised bike, this is the place to use! If only all dealerships could be like this!

I’ve just collected my new Kove 450 Rally from John Stone at Motorrad Konnection and I’ve got to say what a great company this is to deal with. It’s never easy to part a Yorkshireman from his money, but John made this as painless as possible. John is an honest, down to earth bike enthusiast first and a salesman last. From start to finish he kept us updated and went out of his way to be helpful. If you’re looking for a bike that’s a little different and a dealer who gives great advice and treats you like a friend then this is the place to go. Excellent service.

I had the pleasure of dealing with John recently. I was hunting down my first drewm bike (BMW F850GS ADVENTURE) and found one with Motorrad Konnection, unfortunately they were about 5 hours away from me, John was soooo helpful, with pics, specs, videos and video calls which made me feel he was a stand up company and guy, and after pulling the trigger his wonderful wife drove the 5 hours to deliver the bike to me, three days after initial talks and after carrying out a full service on the bike. Couldn’t ask for more and very knowledgable about all things bikes. You won’t go wrong buying from them! Highly recommend.

Purchased a kove 450 rally. John was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the purchase and even delivered to Devon which was a 6 hour drive for Charlotte legendary. Bike looks absolutely amazing especially in the Dakar livery.

Absolutely amazing service from John. Took plenty of time to chat with me about the Kove 450 rally and kept in contact through out. Charlotte delivered bang on time. The bike is awesome

Real nice guys reasonable prices

Great company ran by great people. Could not be more happy with the bike or the service I received from John and Charlotte. Thanks 😁

10/10 ! John was very knowledgable and very happy to answer all our questions about the bike. Very speedy process. It’s clear he is very passionate about bikes & I’ve now got the most beautiful KTM duke 690 I’ve ever seen in my life. Thank you !

Fabulous personalised service from John when i purchased a Yamaha Tenere700 from Motorrad Konnection. Great selection of unusual and interesting bikes. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in, and when you leave, you feel as though you have made a great friend.

John and Charlotte went above and beyond to deliver my new GPX450 at short notice. Great service!

Picked up my new bike today from John. Excellent service throughout. Was very quick to give me a fair valuation on my part exchange and made the process hassle free and welcoming unlike some dealers I've dealt with in the past. Would defo buy from John again in the future and would recommend to anyone else. Terry

Collected my husband’s Kove 450 Rally from John yesterday. Great customer service and fantastic knowledge. 5 stars all the way !

I recently found a GS BMW 1250 on eBay and compared the prices with private sellers and other dealers, I messaged and immediately received professional advise and a fair offer for a PX, Mottorad Konnection were flexible on arranging a time to view the bike out of hours and very welcoming when I arrived. The show room is special with a huge variety of bikes with no pressure sales. John arranged for delivery a return journey of 7 - 8 hours. I am very pleased with the deal, the service and after sales they have provided Highly recommend.

Just purchased a Kove 450 Rally through Motorrad Konnection. John & Charlotte really helpful and friendly. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this company if your in the market for a bike with no hidden issues. Genuine and honest and John knows his stuff with years of experience.

Recently bought a bike from Motorrad Konnection & was an extremely easy & pleasant experience! Easy to get hold of them & had a great conversation about the bike with them prior to buying. Easy to purchase the bike. A new MOT was arranged quickly & the bike was mine! Couldn't ask for more!. The bike is lovely & exactly as I was expecting, thanks to their great photos & details about the bike. No hidden extras, no surprises! Just a really nice honest sale! Lovely people, very helpful & I hope I can buy from them again. Best of wishes to Motorrad Konnection & for their future.
