They Sent wrong parts will not respond I gave all information they wanted. they stopped responding when I asked how will I return the parts
I have to strongly agree with 2 customers giving 1 red star!
I have to strongly agree with a customer who gave 1 red star as he had his account blocked simply because he had the good sense to ask for a refund [which was refused - as was a replacement] for faulty goods. This is uncalled for on the part of any business but that they took delight in blocking the customers account! A second customer also gave 1 red star on account of ,, well er,, having his account blocked too.!

I have ordered various bits of equipment on many occasions from here and while they don't always have what you're looking for, they have been very rapid with deliveries, and run many good offers aswell. Everything I have received from them has been of good quality as well. As I have never had a dispute I can not comment on that. I personally would recommend motorcycleshop.ie any time. Avoid, avoid avoid I bought several pairs of gloves from motorcycleshop.ie previously. The lining was faulty and when I asked for a refund or a replacement I was told that was they way they were and when I asked for a refund it was refused and replacement was refused. My complaint was made in a restful manner. James seems to have a bit if a chip on his shoulder as even though I had let it go he delighted in blocking my account.
