I searched several sites before choosing Motorcycleid to buy these levers. Sure, I could probably have spent a little less thru Amazon, but there is always a question as to the quality of the items. I was impressed with the reviews, both of this company AND the items I purchased and was confident that this was the best company to use. I was correct; the levers were delivered promptly, safely and in great shape. I def recommend them...

I called in and spoke with Frank. I noticed that the dimensions on the side bags were not logical. Frank said he would call the manufacturer to confirm then call me back. He did and turns out the dimensions are not correct on the website. Once i knew which side bags i wanted, i was able to complete my order.

Don’t trust a shipping date because you will be disappointed with it. They are a horrible place to get you motorcycle parts go to Reputable company like JP cycles or Dennis kirk or V-twin or drag Specialty Brake hard counter Steer away…

This place is a scam!! For not buy anything from them. They will take your money and send whatever they want and they do NOT do returns!!

If I could give a zero I would. They advertised in stock fast shipping. So I ordered the next day after the transaction processing they message me to say it's back ordered. Months later the ship date came and went and I get another message saying shipping indefinitely delayed. Their idea of making it right is a coupon for $25 good for my next order. Do not order from this scam site.

They are a shady drop-shipper and they are incredibly unprofessional. I asked for a refund on an item that was never delivered. They kept asking for more time while they work with the manufacturer. After a couple extensions, they then said they needed 24-72 business HOURS to get me DETAILS on my refund. That’s correct, they need an ambiguous amount of time to give me details, not the refund. What a bunch of jokers.

Motorcycleid.com did a bait and switch on me with regards to their return policy. I would never order from them again after they refused to do a return for refund on a brand new, never-used helmet. They blamed the manufacturer for the return policy, and were absolutely unhelpful. Beware of their return policies and I would strongly recommend you buy somewhere else.

They promised the product, took my $4200, and didn't ship. They had a bunch of excuses, and I cancelled the order. Now trying to get my money back!! They say they haven't received the refund from the manufacturer, but the manufacturer says they have, over a week ago. Motorcycleid is lying to me. Tried to talk to the bookeeper, and they said that they don't take phone calls. This is a bad company to deal with!!!! I reccommend not using them!!!

I recently ordered a tail light (which I entered correctly through their website), it ended up to be the wrong part because it didn’t fit. Looking at the “Return Process” on their website, I thought returning it would be a breeze. Boy was I wrong. Clicking the “Submit a Return” button only gives you a phone number to call, not a website process like the website led you to believe. I reluctantly called, explained my situation to a service rep and had to be put on hold for a couple minutes. They explained that there would be a “restocking fee” to do a return. For a mistake on their part?! I disagreed with this, and asked to speak to a supervisor/manager, to which they said “They aren’t here.” What?! ... After a couple of exchanges, they wanted to put me on hold... again. This was getting nowhere fast and wasting my time. After reading some the reviews from this site, it looks like a lot of customers have had similar experiences. As a word of advice, avoid this so-called “company” like the Black Plague. Save yourself the money, time, and headache.

Every bit of the experience including product quality was great

After ordering GIVI bags and mounts for a GS-BMW I was told the parts would fit the bike. After waiting eight weeks for brackets, my research showed that in fact these parts are not compatable with the Trecker Outback bags, never were!!! Upon dealing with five sales people and explaining the problem , they still sent me the same brackets that do not fit. On top of it all they say they can't refund the $900 because of the 30 days return policy.... After stringing me along on parts that I could have gotten in two days local.we shall see what happends if the "supervisor" does indeed call me back in 24 hrs. One of the most unprofessional companys I have delt with.No threat, I , will not be taken for $900!!! To be posted later depending on how this is delt with by MotorcycleID. Other wise Lawyer time , Atterney General. Do not deal with this company in any form!

Ordered the Kawasaki Windshield Fairing for my 1980 750LTD....went and had it professionally installed and I love it!... Nice not to have bugs and crap on my shirt or jacket anymore!!... I even added a soundbar speaker to enjoy my rides even more!... ordering from them was simple, quick and easy... I also ordered a new horn and speedometer cable, and they fit/work perfectly!!
