Quick reliable shipping. Good prices. Def buy from again.
Very happy with the products I have ordered. And very happy with how fast I received them.
I ordered a windshield first and then I needed the 10mm adapter kit. When it came I installed it and it worked great with the windshield and the Yamaha 125 Vino I have.
Service with your company was very good and received my order sooner than expected and it was correct
Sold parts saying they fit my model of bike they didn’t. I googled part number it said it doesn’t, should have done that first I guess but I thought a motorcycle site that said it fits your bike would be accurate. They made it difficult to return and wanted to charge restocking fees on top of not covering shipping back to them. So frustrating a return on their mistake should not cost the customer.
Quick and easy to find what I wanted.
Item was exactly as described and came much faster than expected!!!
Handlebars were just right for a ttr125. About 1" wider per end (2" total). Built well and better angle. Similar to CR bend but better width for ttr125. Very similar height to stock bars. Order was processed and shipped quickly.
Great master cylinder rebuild kit. Got the brake lever on my R6 super stiff again. Fast shipping too!
Items were delivered on time and well packaged.
I bought front pegs was said would fit a 2003 Kawasaki 500R. At first it appeared the holes would be too big and sloppy, but I used a couple of washers to take up the slack and I was able to make it work acceptably. I also have a 2004 Kawasaki 250 and it's possible it maybe more suitable as a replacement.
Nice product, fast service and helpful people. Thanks motorcycleid.
orderd oil and filter for my motoguzzi stelvio, paid 90 dollars for the oil and never got my filter, many excuses later and no filter, why would it not come in the same package as my oil. they are just buying from other company's and marking it up, no support , total scam
Awesome service, quick shipping
Fake company. I called to verify that a pair of boots was in stock and ready to ship. I was assured that there were 13 pairs on their shelves and that my boots would be sent the following day. A label was created but the boots never shipped. I called to inquire, and was told that the boots shipped from a 3rd party location (drop shipped). Long story short, Motorcycle ID doesn't actually stock anything and they rely on other wholesalers to do the work for them. This means no real time inventory. It's been several weeks and I've ret to receive a refund for what was never sent. I'm afraid that I'll have to file a fraud claim with my bank now. Fake company, Fake inventory, no recourse. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a gasket from them. Cancelled my order 48 hrs before being shipped out . Then they shipped the order anyways . I had to get a RMA. Then they only refunded 14. 99 of the 38.00 dollars. Ignored my emails for 2 weeks tried calling customer service what a joke also. I ended up calling tucker Rocky because that is this company's disturbutor and made a complaint there. Finally I received an email from motorcycleid that stated I didn't cancel my order I sent over documentation that I did. Then sent me return policy s. Well I know what your return policy is and I cancelled order before shipment with proof and I should receive full refund. Bogus company do not stand behind there policy's at all. Do not order from them. I won't that's for sure.
I ordered a master cylinder for my 07 Electraglide classic, their catalog is wrong, the invoice shows it fits a 1980's bike. Making me jump through hoops to return it. Take my advice, DON'T buy from these people. Customer service is terrible. Never ever have been treated like this from an online supplier. They suck!!
Ordered 4 quarts of motorcycle engine oil. Came all wrapped in plastic. Drained motorcycle oil, changed filter. Looked at label on first quart of oil to confirm and started adding oil. Reached for third bottle from the plastic and started pouring. Color looked different. Stopped and looked at the label. Said 20W fork oil. Have to drain it all again now and start again...not to mention any possible contamination. Company refuses full reimbursement. $15 credit most they would do. What an insult. They can keep the $15. I won’t be returning. Have a family far away wedding I meant to attend with the bike this week.
Shipping costs is absurd. US$160 for a pair of spotlights to Asia. Customer service sucks big time. Live Chat? No one responds. Auto closed even though it states no one ahead of me in the queue. Luckily I didn’t buy anything. They show generic picture of Live Chat employees on their webpage. This is a big stupid blunder on their part. I think it is likely a scam. Wake up your bloody ideas please.
