Stay away. This is not trustworthy. Bought a ‘mazal’ a Rolex Submariner Date 40mm, asked for a pic of total and they showed complete other newer model then the one I bought via Messenger. They also wrote it was impossible to get an invoice. Mazal is worth nothing there!
Stay away. They sold me fake rolax. Returned it and I m still waiting for my refund 2 months later
One star is still to much. He‘s a scammer. I bought a watch - paid on time ( to his Dubai account) nothing happened. After 9 days he told ne he sold the watch to someone else. He wanted me to buy a more expensive what I refused. He promised to refund but didn‘t. On Telegram he wrote a lot of confusing things and asked for additional shippment costs ( for a whatch that was sold? ) although he promised to cover shippment. He is not willing to refund my money . Moses Jewelry receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from customers, with a significant number of reviews warning others to stay away. While one reviewer praises the service as "A+," this positive sentiment is overshadowed by multiple complaints about fraudulent transactions and untrustworthy practices. Consumers report being scammed after purchasing watches, with claims of receiving fake products or not receiving items at all after payment. Many express frustration over the lack of communication and delayed refunds, with one customer stating they are still waiting for a refund two months after returning a fake Rolex. The recurring theme of deceit and poor customer experience dominates the reviews, leading to a strong consensus that potential buyers should be cautious. Overall, the sentiment is decidedly negative.
