Pourquoi -5 étoiles n’existent pas! Faute d’une mauvaise manipulation mon stylo tomba et enfonça la plume. Envoyé en réparation, 75€, impossible de retrouver le stylo: ils l’ont envoyé à une mauvaise adresse! Deuxième envoie, cette fois ci avec une agrafe défectueuse : une fissure dans les 2 côtés du plie! Nouvelle réparation, 75€ : ils ont redressé l’agrafe ! Ils me propose de repayer à nouveau ! Prenez les jambes à votre cou et partez. Un bic sera mieux! QUELLE HONTE!

Particolarmente amante dello stile Montblanc, mi è stato regalato uno smartwatch Summit 3, con il desiderio di abbinarlo al mio Iphone 14 plus, stanco del design del mio applewatch. A parte il fatto che l'impostazione e l'accoppiamento tra il cellulare e il Summit sono lenti e difficili, mi trovo uno smartwatch che funziona solo con Android e quindi non può visualizzare le app per iPhone, perde facilmente la connessione con il cellulare e ha una durata minima della batteria. Trovo assurdo che la Maison Montblanc non sviluppi un prodotto del genere pensando ai clienti con software iOS. Ho quindi deciso, solo dopo 48 ore, di restituirlo. Un vero peccato perché il design era molto bello, elegante/sportivo ed accattivante. Ritengo che ha poco senso acquistare un smartwatch per usarlo come un normale orologio: si possono trovare smartwatch di gran lunga superiori a prezzi inferiori. E… In passato avevo acquistato un Augmented paper... anch'esso poi rivenduto per modestia tecnologica. Morale: cara Montblanc, concentrati solo sulle cose che sai fare bene, ed evita di avventurarti in settori in cui potresti essere percepita come un generico commerciante orientale. Ritengo che la vostra politica di vendita in questo settore merceologico sia particolarmente offensiva per i clienti!!!! Sono rimasto davvero con l'amaro in bocca!

Après avoir cassé une pièce en plastique de mon porte-plume Mont-blanc (dommage mineur) que j’ai déposé chez Kramer-Krieg à Lausanne (représentant Mont-blanc) j’ai du attendre 2 mois après plusieurs rappels de ma part pour enfin apprendre que mon stylo était réparé… Le service après vente Mont-blanc à sa clientèle est plus que lamentable pour une marque allemande qui se veut une marque de luxe exemplaire. Tout cela ne donne plus envie d’acheter un produit Montblanc.
