Do not use mobile monster! Everything was smooth and seamless until they don’t pay. I am one of hundreds of people who have not been paid. Use Mobil Guru Australia. I sent an IPhone 15 Plus that was barely used they sent the agreed price email I then replied to their email approving. On the Friday the email was sent saying the money was deposited its now 5 business days later and still no money. I have contacted them and it seems to be the same story they give everyone “it’s been deposited on our end we need to have our investigation team look at it” still nothing. I’m now going to make a police report and contact the ACCC
Pretty good company to deal with. No hassle, communication is straight. They processed my Payment within 9 days after receiving the mobile. Only reason for the 4 stars is had to email them couple of times regarding the payment but i am happy with their service. Will be definitely using them next time as well!
It was an easy process, I dropped the phone off, staff viewed the phone and I had a quick response on the value of the phone and received payment in a timely manner
Assessment and then payment did take a while but they have gone out of their way to take on the feedback I gave to make it a good experience in the end.

I heard about your store from the staff of optus,she told me her transaction with you was smooth and the payment didnt take so long just 2-3 days...but in my case it took 2 weeks from the day i dropped my phone in your store and that made me sad and shocked because the testimony from the staff of optus didnt matched from what i experienced on u..and one more thing is that your customer service is poor i even texted the 2 numbers u used on confirming my item and they dont text me back both number so its frustrating on my part.
