Took way too long then they said
Was scary to send your phone away to a company not knowing if it's legit then wait for them to receive it then wait for them to confirm it but worst part was waiting for the money to come in took way longer then they said had to call and wait again but they took longer then expected on there end... But got the money finally came through before I was going to contact department of fair trading next so in then end took over a week longer then what it should of been

A Pleasing Experience
Very competitive pricing compared to other sites. Timely communication from the time of the sale; MMs confirmation of receipt of phone and then expected payment timeframe. MMs post paid return envelope made the whole process just so easy. Call centre staff were polite and helpful.

Updat:. I have since resolved the problem with Mobile Monster and am happy to adjust to 5 stars. I still think it’s one of the best ways to get rid of your old phone. Did not receive the promised package to send the phone in and I had to chase payment. BUT great way to offload to your old phone
