I have had very good communication with this firm and the offer they gave me for my iPhone 14 Plus was very reasonable. How ever 8 have since decided to keep my phone for a bit. I will though come back here when I decide to to change my phone. Please don’t be out of my some of the bad reviews. They are only a minority from what I can tell they are a good company.

After ordering 3 firesticks from this company, I’ve realised I got sent the American plugs. I requested a refund which took a week for a response and having to use every available option: WhatsApp email and telephone After finally getting a return address I was then told all three items were opened/ unsealed. However, Only one of the items were opened and now I’m getting a percentage off my returns as they believe all three items were opened when only one was opened which made me Realise I was sent American style fire sticks . You people are scammers.
