Good phone, no customer service
The phone arrived in good condition, the ordering system seems to be automatic without human connection, no answer to an email that I sent, I ordered on the Thursday before bank holiday and it was dispatched after the holiday had finished. I had trouble setting up in uk and also registering with insurance company but after a day or two that seemed to fix itself.
