Highly recommended

Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.

Transfer from previous provider.

Transfer from my previous provider was smooth with no problems. No problems experienced so far. Only small issue was that I had understood that advice (on line) could be sought if necessary from the large ASDA store in Stockton - on - Tees. Was informed assistance in store is no longer available.

l was very pleased with asda mobile, after trying for days to sus my phone out, l rang asda mobile and they sorted it all out for me, the girls were very patient with me, l dont know much about phones, but l am all set up now

problems problems and more problems

Thought I had joined on a yearly contract after filling in all bank details etc for direct debit but found out later that I had been given a monthly payg deal tried to change online but couldn’t tried phoning to change and still couldn’t so after just 1 month have now left and honestly to a lot better service provider Also when I went on holiday abroad roaming wasn’t working for first day until Asda sent a link telling me to change all settings in my phone so problems problems and more problems

asda mobile a JOKE

ordered a mobile online ....rang to enquire about delivery.....got through to some one in egypt. A complete joke...wanted to cancel the order she started sniggering...she said it was cancelled called my bank to block payment..not that stupid. avoid asda mobile they are JOKE. If you want to remain sane avoid.
