useless Ai-helping system!!! waiting without Data even tough i paid! have just a simple question but nothing works!!! thanks for your answer: talked 10 more minutes with your AI and waited for a human to answer. no answer. just open my app again or send me that text message so i can see my plan again on the app, so i see why i don‘t get internet!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not worth the discounted price. I disputed a charge from Mint Mobile for a service that was accidentally added to my MM account. MM suspended my account and would not un-suspend it until I paid them money for the disputed amount. I still had 6 months on my year pre-paid service. I had to get new phone service or have no service at all. Very disappointed ☹️ And the cellular service was not great either…

Customer service is really bad. Easy to get to a person but they're just about as good as a bot. I wish it was easier to know what's taking up so much data. I am pretty predictable, I do the same thing every month. 15G is usually enough but there's been a few months where I flew through data so quickly without explanation. When I have had to buy extra data, it is hard to tell when that data is reflected in my balance. There's inconsistent information on when my data renews, different sources telling me different things. I still don't know exactly when.

I have had no issues since switching. Only thing I wish was that there was the option for an Apple Watch data line.

Service is very economical and mostly reliable, having experienced no service only once in my travels. I would like to be able to see detail regarding phone usage to enable me to track. Basically only get total amount of GB remaining which zeroes out each month with no historical data. I have referred the service to family and friends.

Longs time user of Verizon. Since I’ve switched I’ve had no difference in service and I’m saying over $1,000/year. Very happy!!!!

I am so pleased with the customer service. They answer the phone very quickly, provide knowledgeable answers and even volunteer ways for me to save money when I wasn't even asking about that.
